The Lithuanian Radio and Television Center (hereinafter referred to as “Telecentras”) is a joint-stock company whose shares are owned by the state, represented by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania. Orders issued by the Minister of Transport and Communications are equivalent to resolutions of the general meeting of shareholders.
