The Vilnius TV Tower Against a Blue Sky

The Vilnius TV Tower is a structure owned by AB Lithuanian Radio and Television Center that serves both tourist and technological purposes: broadcasting radio and television programs and providing data transmission services.

It is the tallest building in Lithuania and is also included on the list of the world’s tallest buildings. On the 19th floor of the tower, 165 m. The “Paukščių takas” restaurant, located high above the city, offers a chance to admire an exceptional panoramic view of Vilnius.

Following the historic events of 1991, The Tower of the Events of January 13 became a symbol of the struggle for independence.

To mark its 85th anniversary, AB Lithuanian Radio and Television Center opened a historic antenna park near the Vilnius TV Tower.
